Regina Shakespeare brings over 30 years of medical billing expertise to her role as Founder and CEO of My Billing Solution. She first discovered her passion for medical billing in 1991 while working for a small company run by her sister. Though challenging, this role gave Regina invaluable experience and drove her to not only meet, but exceed expectations.
Motivated by a knack for numbers and a tenacious work ethic, Regina started her own successful medical billing company in 1997 after being recruited by a surgeon who was losing revenue. Over the next decade, she built her billing firm solely through referrals and industry connections, attracting surgeons, specialty practices, counseling centers, and treatment facilities as clients.
Regina gained an unmatched reputation for increasing revenue, improving efficiencies, and delivering excellence with integrity. After selling her profitable company in 2007, she leveraged her expertise assisting healthcare startups and large multi-million dollar treatment centers with billing, EHR systems, utilization review, and more.
Now with My Billing Solution, Regina combines her three decades of experience with a team of top billing professionals. Together, they work passionately to help today’s practices and facilities maximize reimbursements and focus on quality patient care.
